  18. Why do we have to wait an extra 2 weeks? I realize we (upgraders) aren't 
  19. spending as much money on it but is there a >real< reason for this?

  21. BTW, I got a P90 yesterday, and yes, MS still sucks. The latest greatest 
  22. Plug n' Play Bios, Triton Chip Set etc. etc. Still haven't got the 
  23. FaxModem and SoundCard working. Mr Bill makes me feel like an Idiot when, 
  24. dammit, I know I'm pretty smart. Argh. You don't fully appreciate Amiga 
  25. AutoConfig until you've tried something else.

  27. This applies to Macs too, did you know that Apple ships an OS with no utility
  28. for formatting HD's? Did you know that a Mac needs to know what your monitor
  29. is before anything besides 640x480 appears in the Monitors database? And the
  30. only way to tell it is >fool< it into thinking there's an Apple monitor 
  31. attached! I found out the hard way last week, felt like an Idiot then too.
  32. Even more so, the Mac actually thinks it's smarter than me.
